The CASTING STUDIO is a unique communications tool that not only offers value to its registered members from an exposure perspective (for their models) but also provides potential clients access to an inexpensive and effective casting and booking platform. The Casting Studio allows clients / bookers to find, cast and book models they are looking for to promote or endorse their products or services by a mere click of a button.
As an interactive platform the CASTING STUDIO provides the following functions:
- It will allow the public access to all member profiles free of charge
- It enables a booker the opportunity to host an online casting session via the advanced search and casting room tools
- It enables a booker to e-mail / send a casting session link to a client for review, comments and / or approval
- It allows a booker to send an availability enquiry to any registered member via e-mail and/or sms
- It enables registered members to accept / decline any booking enquiries from bookers.
The NMC has also developed an online calendar system which members can use to manage all their enquiries and bookings. The interactive calender automaticaly keeps track of all e-mail communications between the client, profile holders and members. Everyone will be on the same page.
To underline our privacy and security policies when it comes to the booking of anyone via the NMC website we have formulated a strict communication process to which all bookers have to adhere namely :
If a booker wants to a submit an enquiry or book someone our online booking system will allow the booker the opportunity to send-off the enquiry or booking request via SMS or e-mail without revealing the model’s contact details. The enquiry will either go to the freelance model directly (except for minors it will go to the legal guardian/parent) or in the case where the model is registered under another profile holder, the enquiry will go to the relevant profile holder.
The person receiving the enquiry can decide to accept, decline or ignore the booking request received. This will be done via e-mail through the NMC system without revealing the models contact details. It is up to the person receiving the enquiry to reveal his/her contact details to the booker and to contact and negotiate with the booker directly.
Note that the NMC website only provides the communication platform and will not get involved with any form of negotiation between a booker, a client or a casted member. It must be noted that no booking or commission fees are payable or due to the NMC.
Individuals and businesses who wish to join the the NMC family need only pay a monthly subscription fee of R60.00 (per category) per person / business. Profile Holders who register members under their profile will be billed R40.00 per month for each member.
The membership works from month to month and no long term agreement needs to be signed. All registered members also receive a free webmail account.
