Detailed description of goods and/or services NMC provides an on line platform for individuals/entities in the fashion industry to assist them in marketing themselves for a nominal monthly subscription fee of R60 per month.

Membership policy In order to join members must go through the registration process which includes paying a joining fee of R100 and providing us with a suitable photo/logo, required documents such as signed monthly debit order/credit card instruction and signed guardian authority (where applicable).

Restrictions NMC membership is currently available to South African individuals and entities only. Non South African entities can apply for membership by e-mailing us at admin@nmcfashion.co.za.

Refunds policy Joining fees are paid upon joining as a NMC member and no refunds will be given. Monthly membership fees are charged from the 26th of the previous month to the 25th of the following month and where you are a member for any part of the month a full month membership fee will apply.

Customer privacy policy NMC shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment options accepted Payments may be made via Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the NMC bank account, the details of which are as follows:

Credit card acquiring and security Credit card transactions will be acquired for NMC via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Nedbank. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details separate from card details Customer details will be stored by NMC separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility NMC takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods (where applicable).

Country of domicile This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and NMC chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 929 Disselboom Street, Wapadrand, 0040.

Variation NMC may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
